Job Description

Daily Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor and report daily sales activities.
• Evaluate the performance of sales executives on a daily basis.
• Track outstanding and overdue payments from customers, providing regular status updates.

Coordination and Analysis:

• Coordinate with the sales coordinator for effective communication and workflow.
• Perform product-wise and route-wise analysis, especially focusing on slow-moving items and items near expiration.
• Evaluate the performance of Modern Trader - Promoters and analyse stock movement.

Weekly and Monthly Reviews:

• Conduct weekly reviews for the entire sales team and promoters.
• Perform monthly reviews for individual sales executives, providing feedback and addressing challenges.
• Compare collection and sales figures with targets and the previous month, analysing challenges faced and making projections.

Intend Preparation and Expansion:

• Prepare and review intend, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
• Identify and target uncovered areas, planning marketing strategies to expand coverage in Calicut, Malappuram

Sales Growth and Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor month-over-month (M-O-M) growth in overall sales and implement strategies for improvement.
• Analyse competitor pricing schemes and provide a report every 15 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
