In this results-oriented position, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within your assigned territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with independent insurance agencies.
You'll leverage your strong communication and sales skills to recruit top talent, provide ongoing support, and empower them to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Manage Your Territory: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our agency network within your assigned territory. Conduct market research to identify potential new agency partners and build strong relationships.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding talented insurance agents for our agency partners.
• Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel. Conduct training sessions and workshops on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance regulations.
• Drive Sales Growth: Work collaboratively with agents to identify client needs, develop customized insurance solutions, and close deals. Analyze sales data and reports to track progress towards individual and team targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative partnership for mutual success. Regularly visit agencies to provide support and address any concerns.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
