Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Vikrant Group Tata building materials across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic insight, and the ability to cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry. Your expertise will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and drive the growth of Tata building materials in the assigned territory.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including contractors, builders, architects, and other influential decision-makers in the construction sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost sales volume and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer insights to adapt sales strategies and ensure competitive advantage..
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
Requirements :
• A degree in any discipline, with relevant experience in the building materials or construction industry.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A solid understanding of the building materials market, customer needs, and industry dynamics.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
Education : Any Bachelor's degree
