Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to join our team. This role involves driving sales for Tata building materials across the designated region. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the building materials market, particularly Tata products.

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the market presence of Tata Tiscon TMT Bars and other building materials.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including contractors, builders, architects, and decision-makers in the construction sector.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customers to boost sales volume and profitability.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred candidate profile Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Knowledge of civil engineering, construction, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry and Tata Steel products (TMT bars, roofing, etc.).
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, with a results-driven approach to meet sales goals and business objectives.

Salary
20,000-25,000 depend on interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
