Job location : Kala, Pippara and Ganapavaram location from Eluru and West Godavari Districts, Andhra Pradesh.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing B2B and B2C clients.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect and target potential B2B clients within designated geographic regions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' activities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Present the company's aqua products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and value propositions.
• Customize solutions based on client requirements and budget considerations, while communicating technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Marketing, or a Sales-related field between 3 to 6 years experience.
• Proven experience in B2B field sales of healthcare products for shrimp or fish.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships.
• Should have worked in Aqua Industry
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
