In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with independent insurance agencies within your assigned territory.
You will play a key role in achieving our sales goals by promoting our insurance products and services through our agency channel.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned insurance agencies.
• Develop a deep understanding of agency needs and challenges.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and present our insurance products and services effectively.
• Train and support agency personnel on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and sales processes.
• Assist agencies in developing and implementing marketing plans to drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales activity within your territory and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for new business and renewals.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
