We are currently seeking a Business Head for a full-time role or as a freelancer (Intin role) with our client. Below are the specific requirements for the position :Experience : Minimum of 5 years in selling ladies\' purses and bags, preferably across India. If not pan-India, then experience in North India and one other market.Location : Based in Delhi.Compensation :- Full-time : Salary up to 17-20 lakhs per annum.- Freelancer : 50-75K per month for a minimum of 15 fixed days of work.- Education : MBA preferred.Skills and Responsibilities :- Sales planning and execution.- Driving Profit & Loss.- Expertise in sales and distribution.- Establishing sales and distribution structure in North India, starting with NCR and then expanding to the West.- Basic understanding of digital marketing.- Preferred Background : Experience with major brands such as VIP (Caprese), Lavie, Baggit, etc. (ref:updazz.com)
