Sales & Business Development: * Achieve assigned sales targets for Affordable Housing Loans in the designated area.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking with builders, property developers, and channel partners.
  • Drive lead generation activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Ensure growth in the loan book by onboarding quality customers while adhering to credit guidelines.
Team Management: * Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Relationship Managers.
  • Motivate and guide the team to meet individual and collective sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Market Analysis: * Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor strategies.
  • Identify untapped markets and develop specific plans to penetrate them.
  • Provide insights and feedback to senior management for product and process improvements.
Customer Relationship Management: * Ensure superior customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address grievances proactively.
Compliance & Risk Management: * Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure process adherence and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely disbursal of loans.
