- Recruiting & Managing Sales Managers / FOS & TC\'s.
- Coordinating with Branches & Corp Sal teams for PL business.
- Work on monitoring the internal online leads & external aggregators.
- Reviewing data efficiency & outlook to enhance business.
- Managing business from sourcing to disbursal end to end.
- Maintain NPS scores for the location & customer experience on loan disbursal.
- Coordinate with credit / RCU & OPS for smooth functioning of business.
