Candidate Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager for Uttar Pradesh with a minimum of 8 years of Sales experience with 3 years in the Coconut Water beverage industry. The Area Sales Manager -UP will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a dedicated sales team, and driving revenue growth across the region.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion objectives in North India.Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members.Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, distribution channels, and partnerships to expand the company's reach in North India.Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to develop accurate sales forecasts and business plans.Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation to achieve profitability targets.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including Coconut Water beverage variants, and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive overall business growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
