*Job Summary:* As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales operations and achieving sales targets within a designated geographic area. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key Customers / Distributors / Retailers / Doctors (Oncologist), and analyze market data to identify opportunities. Your role will involve frequent travel to visit doctors and patients, conduct product promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage sales operations and achieve sales targets within the assigned geographic area or market segment. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including oncologists, healthcare professionals, and partners. - Monitor and analyze sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement programs to increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. - Regularly visit doctors and patients in the oncology field for product promotion and education. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and inform decision-making. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Masters Degree : - Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to analyze market and sales data to make informed decisions. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area. - Strong understanding of the oncology market and cancer treatment protocols would be a plus. *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Health Insurance, TA/DA after completion of probation period (6 Months) - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. *How to Apply:* Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume detailing their relevant experience and why they are a great fit for this role.
