*Job Summary:*As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales operations and achieving sales targets within a designated geographic area. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key Customers / Distributors / Retailers / Doctors (Oncologist), and analyze market data to identify opportunities. Your role will involve frequent travel to visit doctors and patients, conduct product promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.*Key Responsibilities:*- Manage sales operations and achieve sales targets within the assigned geographic area or market segment.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including oncologists, healthcare professionals, and partners.- Monitor and analyze sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Develop and implement programs to increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.- Regularly visit doctors and patients in the oncology field for product promotion and education.- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and inform decision-making.*Qualifications:*- Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree :- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to analyze market and sales data to make informed decisions.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.- Strong understanding of the oncology market and cancer treatment protocols would be a plus.*What We Offer:*- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Health Insurance, TA/DA after completion of probation period (6 Months)- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.*How to Apply:*Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume detailing their relevant experience and why they are a great fit for this role.
