Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our products/services and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory or market segment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales.

2. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Prospect and qualify new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products/services.

3. Sales Execution:

• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with customers to close sales.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Stay informed about industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights.

5. Reporting and Forecasting:

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

6. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams regarding customer needs and preferences.

7. Customer Service and Support:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in a relevant industry or market segment.
• Skills :
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge :
• Understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the industry/market and competitors.

Working Conditions:

• Location : Noida
• Type : Full-time
• Hours : 9 hrs
• Reports to : Sales Manager or Director of Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
