Role & responsibilities
1. Revenue Increase sales for designated area through generation of new business by maintaining regular contacts and good professional relationships with existing customers Develop strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue growth by proactively targeting new customers Provide business qualified and data driven inputs for preparation of annual sales plan for the allocated areas and accounts Prepare budgetary estimates for the sales team and provide details to the sales head for budget preparation Identify new accounts for penetration and growth in the allocated geographic area
2. Profitability Ensure payment collections within stipulated time frames Ensure contribution margin targets are met while bidding for an order Ensure expenses are managed and controlled as per the approved budget
3. Customer & People Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts in the region Ensure regular customer connect and high customer satisfaction level Collection of market intelligence with respect to company wallet share in the key accounts, competitor asset deployment details and upcoming projects in the area Ensure sales team has adequate support and opportunity for training and development
Preferred candidate profile
Equipment Sales, Construction Equipment, Techno Commercial Sales, Project Sales from OEM Equipment Manufacturing, Construction Turnkey projects
