: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with dealers in their area and ensuring sales targets are met through effective planning and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.

Establish strong relationships with direct dealers, training them on product use and sales techniques.

Supervise Senior Sales Officers, Sales Officers, and Field Officers.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the area.

Provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on market conditions.

Role: Area Sales Manager

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture / Related Field (Master's Degree or additional qualifications will be an advantage)

Work Location: Covai, Salem & Villupuram

Positions Available: 4

Experience: 4 - 10 Years of relevant experience in agriculture or related field

Salary : ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
