Role - ASM :- \xc2\xb7 Lead the team of TSMs \xc2\xb7 Coach, motivate, and encourage the team members to perform & contribute to their Territory/area target. \xc2\xb7 Meet various stakeholders including HCP(Healthcare Professionals), KOLs(Key Opinion Leaders) and HCI (Healthcare Institutions) decision makers to achieve strategic objectives of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Achieve and surpass the assigned sales target in the given area. Key Responsibilities:- \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the business targets of the area.
  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the team of an assigned area/territory.
  • Setting sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
\xc2\xb7 Achieve monthly Sales target by ensuring implementation of marketing strategies and clinical competency (science based interaction). \xc2\xb7 KOL development and management / (Building and maintaining close relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders.) \xc2\xb7 Negotiations and Independent order finalization
  • Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the sales team and motivating and providing the required coaching the team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
\xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining business relationships with doctors and other stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Take up Academic initiatives and CMEs with Doctors (Engaging HCPs through various academic initiatives) \xc2\xb7 Ensure the Product availability at all places within the territory. (Ensure product availability at all the hospitals within the area) \xc2\xb7 Maintain the Process compliance for daily operations. \xc2\xb7 Should have demonstrable professional relationship with the doctors in the territory. \xc2\xb7 The candidate should be ready to travel extensively and should have good knowledge about the territory. \xc2\xb7 Aptitude for absorbing and discussing scientific information. \xc2\xb7 Should be Tech savvy. \xc2\xb7 Drive to establishing sales quota for each territory ensure that the strategies are in place to meet the Plan. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all the sales and marketing program are communicated, implemented and coordinated in the region. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain high level of product knowledge and relevant medical information for self, direct and indirect reports. \xc2\xb7 Ensures meetings, seminars, conferences etc. Key Measures \xc2\xb7 Achievement of Targets \xc2\xb7 Payment receivables and credit management. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the desired scale and speed in executing various initiatives \xc2\xb7 Achieving desired customer coverage and other norms \xc2\xb7 Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and code of conduct of the organization is followed at every level and transactions. Eligibility criteria \xc2\xb7 7 to 12 years of total experience. \xc2\xb7 At least 7 years of experience in Cardiovascular Medical Devices \xc2\xb7 Preferably from Interventional Cardiology and/or Cardiovascular background \xc2\xb7 Managerial experience is desirable Educational qualifications: Any Graduate / Postgraduate Bsc/ B.Pharm Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb966,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9100,000.00 per month Schedule:
