Sales Focus Products: PMS, RIA -Model Portfolio, PMS - Advisory, Small Case Etc Job Summary: This position focuses on expanding the sub-broker / distributors channel, targeting Ultra-HNIs, family offices, and selling a comprehensive suite of financial services, including Portfolio Management Services, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), and model portfolio offerings. The role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management to achieve ambitious sales targets. What you will work on Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and strategic partners. Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored PMS solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and closely monitor progress toward meeting and exceeding them. Develop and execute action plans to address any performance gaps. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and geographic growth. Develop and execute plans to enter new markets or territories. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the sales adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the PMS industry. Mitigate risks associated with sales activities. Sales Analytics and Reporting: Implement sales analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports for senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget efficiently. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations. Qualifications: Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or CA or CFA is preferred) Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the finance industry, with a focus on sub-broker channel development, Ultra-HNI client acquisition, and sales of Portfolio Management Services, RIA, and model portfolios. In-depth knowledge of Portfolio Management Services, Registered Investment Advisory services, and model portfolio offerings. Strong leadership and team management skills within these segments. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems. Willingness to travel as needed to engage with partners and clients. What we expect: Total 5-7 years and Minimum 4 years of sales experience in financial services like retail banks, investing fintechs, AMCs etc Excellent communication skills Deep knowledge of either mutual funds or stocks or PMS Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external) In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the PMS sector.
