Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The
candidate will be responsible for driving sales of organic fertilizers and other products from our
portfolio in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities:xefx82xb7 Sales & Business Development:
xefx82xb7 Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for organic fertilizers and other
product lines.
xefx82xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers.
xefx82xb7 Ensure consistent sales growth in the assigned territory.
xefx82xb7 Market Strategy Execution:
xefx82xb7 Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the local market.
xefx82xb7 Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
xefx82xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities and campaigns.
xefx82xb7 Client Relationship Management:
xefx82xb7 Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
xefx82xb7 Provide technical knowledge about the products to customers.
xefx82xb7 Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
xefx82xb7 Sales Reporting:
xefx82xb7 Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
xefx82xb7 Track and achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.Qualifications & Skills Required:xefx82xb7 Educational Background: Graduate in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
xefx82xb7 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in agriculture, fertilizers, or
agrochemical products.xefx82xb7 Strong understanding of organic fertilizers and agricultural practices.
xefx82xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
xefx82xb7 Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
xefx82xb7 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
xefx82xb7 Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is an advantage.
