To drive the overall sales and business in the allotted territory with focus on managing existing customers, developing new ones (direct/distributors/dealers) in the territory in order to achieve forecasted sales projections in line with overall targets set by ADM. Products will range between poultry concentrates, feed additives and premixes and other ADM ranges as and when introduced. The job requires extensive travel and field work to ensure business conversion and customer retention.
The profile requires a strong sales experience and domain knowledge, technical and well as commercial with good understanding of poultry specie segment (breeders, broiler, layer) and products. A strong dealer/distributor/customer connect - b2b and b2c with good understanding of local markets and trends, competitive product lines, presence and activities.
The role should be located in Anand (Gujarat)
