Overview:
TTK Healthcare Limited seeks an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to drive sales for our orthopaedic products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong foundation in orthopedic implant sales, with a preference for experience in the joint replacement sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase Sales: Drive and maximize orthopedic product sales in the assigned region by identifying new clients and opportunities.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through direct sales, customer engagement, and territory expansion.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Focus on acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential clients on the benefits and applications of TTK Healthcare's orthopaedic products.
• Market penetration: Expand market share by reaching new customers, increasing visibility in key healthcare sectors, and strategically promoting orthopaedic products.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Promotion: Proactively promote TTK Healthcare's orthopediac products and ensure that clients are fully aware of product features, benefits, and usage.
• Reporting & Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor products and strategies, ensuring TTK Healthcare remains competitive in the market.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support overall company goals and initiatives.
• Requirements: Sales-driven: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take ownership of the sales process.
• Travel: willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with orthopaedic products or medical device sales. Existing relationships with healthcare providers, orthopaedic surgeons, and medical institutions in the region.
