Department/Function:SalesLocation:(1) Panipat Or Delhi (2) Ludhiana Or ChandigarhReporting to (Name & Designation):DGM (Mktg.)No of reportees:-Roles & responsibilities:1) Achieving sales goals for assigned territory2) Analyzing sales data & formulating strategy3) Building & maintaining strong rapport with customers4) Ability to manage corporate customers5) Gathering Market Intelligence6) Coordination with service team to ensure customer satisfactionMinimum education qualification:DME/BE Or B.Tech. in TextilesPreferrable educational qualification:DBM (Diploma in Business Management)Total experience required:10 to 15 yearsTotal relevant experience required:5 YearsSkills required:1)Communication, presentation & selling skills2)Critical thinking & problem solving3)Time management & Planning4)Great command of MS OfficeEssential criterions for selection:1) Knowledge of textile manufacturing process2) Five plus years of experience in similar position3) Proven track record of selling high value capitalequipment4) Contacts in textile industryDesirable but not essential criterions for selection:1) Experience in selling weaving preparatory machines2) Good knowledge of digital marketing3) Fluency in Punjabi languagePreferred age group:35 to 40 yearsTarget industries/companies:Textile Machinery Industry/ Engineering IndustryAnnual CTC:Best in IndustryOther perks/allowances:TA/DA as per company policy
