Responsibilities:
Create and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass sales goals.
Identify and engage with potential customers to promote and sell our advanced instruments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering / Physics.
Minimum of 7-8 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the Electron Microscopy industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to compete in a fast-paced environment
