Lead and motivate a sales team, ensuring target achievement.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.Requirements:MBA with 4-8 years of relevant sales experience.
Proven experience in LAP/Micro LAP or similar products and team management.
Strong DSA network management, leadership, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
