Job Opening: Area Sales Manager - Channel Sales (Rest of Maharashtra)

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with at least 4 years of experience in Tiles, Marble, or Building Material industries . The person will manage sales operations across Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai), lead a sales team, and help grow the company's presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets in Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Develop strategies to increase market share and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide insights to the management.
• Travel extensively within Maharashtra as part of business operations.
• Plan and oversee sales team activities and ensure proper market coverage.
• Report sales performance, team updates, and market feedback to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Tiles, Marble, or Building Material .
• Strong knowledge of channel sales and dealer network management.
• Must live in Maharashtra and willing to work in this region.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Open to travel within Maharashtra (out of Mumbai) as required.

Location: Rest of Maharashtra (Excluding Mumbai)
