Job Description


1. Team Leadership: o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets. o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.2. Sales Strategy: o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the men's fashion retail segment. o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 3. Department Stores, Regional Multi Brand Stores & EBOs Operations: o Oversee day-to-day operations of LFS, RMBOS & EBOS and to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. o Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels.4. Customer Service: o Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring that all team members provide exceptional customer service. o Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
