Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for PPR pipes and fittings in the designated area.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to increase sales.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the territory.
• Sales Operations:
• Manage and oversee the sales operations within the area, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Promotional Activities:
• Plan and execute promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and the sales team.
• Address and resolve any technical issues related to PPR pipes and fittings.
