As a Salesman for the offline market, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail partners to drive sales of our consumer durable products. Your primary goal is to understand the needs of retailers, provide product information, and support them in achieving their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential retail partners within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers.
• Present and demonstrate products to retailers, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
• Ensure that retailers have sufficient product knowledge and promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide after-sales support and address any issues or concerns from retailers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Conduct regular visits to retail partners to assess their needs and offer assistance.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer durables industry.
• Strong knowledge of LED TVs, air conditioners, and washing machines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for managing sales records and reporting.
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
