Job Overview The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving, focusing on lead generation, meeting business targets, and managing relationships with channel partners and customers. The role includes daily field visits, ensuring timely delivery of services, and monitoring the health of business locations. Job Responsibilities: Generate leads in the assigned area through various sales and marketing strategies. Achieve business targets set for the area by executing sales plans effectively. Must have 2 years of experience in advertisement sales, print media sales, or newspaper sales. Analyze the need for new or replacement channel partners and ensure their business is healthy. Monitor the health of all locations to ensure they are conducive to business growth. Conduct business analysis and suggest improvements for channel partners. Develop a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Support other managers in joint account working and help the team achieve group targets. Ensure that the correct products, offers, and services are delivered to customers on time. Focus on acquiring new business and renewing existing business within the same area. Conduct a minimum of 8-10 visits per day to promote the services. JOb Requirements: BBA/MBA/ Any Graduate. Prefers Male candidate Excellent communication skills preferably English, Hindi and Marathi Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in advertisement sales, print media sales, or newspaper sales Lead Generation, Time Management, Prospecting, Leadership Skill, Handling sales data analytics, Data-Driven Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, Good computer knowledge - MS word, Excel, PPT, Team Work, Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills, Upselling and Cross-selling Location: Panaji, Goa.
