Division: Project Sales

Job Profile:

? Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.

? Visiting potential customers Architects / Builders / contractors / Developers / Fabricators & Private / Govt Sector etc .

? Responsible for achieving the sales target and to improve the market share.

? Executing business strategy and concepts.

? Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.

? A keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in accomplishing business growth on a consistent basis.

? Possess successful stint incorporate sales with high-end technical selling, sales budgeting, sales promotion business developments customer care and commercial functions in a challenging business environment.

? In-depth understanding of business processes and structured methodologies being practices in industry.

? Proven skills in managing teams to work in synchronization with the corporate set parameters &. Motivating them for achieving business and individual goal.

? Plan for new product development activities like Distributor meet, Architect meet, group presentation etc.

? Brand awareness campaigns through Exhibitions, Architect Organizations meet etc.

? Develop strategies to capture prime accounts, and utilize strategic selling technique by building multi - level relationship and product presentation to close sales.

? Extensive background in complex and challenging environments with proven ability to represent the company with Clients and Strategic Vendor Partners.

? Significant experience in the management of business operations, execution of business plans for achieving profit targets and general administrative tasks.

? An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal relationship management skills.

? To Handle key Architects & Designers, Premium Contractors, Builders and Corporate accounts.

? Specification of Premium range of Laminates, Exterior Cladding, Restroom Cubicles and new Product Promotion.

? Negotiation, Project Finalization, co-ordination with Sales team and helping to close the project.

? Getting the product approvals from the end clients.
