Position Description: The primary responsibility of the ASM will be to grow and expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s business in the assigned city/territory/sub-region by promoting our products & services to new and existing customers and Key Opinion Leaders in hospitals. Our Sales and Clinical teams engage with the senior-most levels in hospitals and groom our teams to engage well with them. The key responsibilities will include:
Networking widely with key opinion leaders (KOL) such as Doctors, Nurses, Biomedical
Staff and Directors/ C- Suite (COO/ CFO/ CEO/CNO) etc. throughout the private and public Acute Care facilities. \xef\x82\xb7 Holding Discussions with C- Suite leaders in hospitals to create Awareness about our products and the healthcare gaps that we address. \xef\x82\xb7 Launching new products
Leading the conversation with KOL\xe2\x80\x99s in order to identify, grow, develop and maintain
relationships in the hospitals for existing rentals and consumable business.
Up selling and cross selling products to existing customers.
Identifying new customers to add to our business.
Identifying and adding new high growth markets.
Keeping abreast of competitor activities and ways to mitigate the same.
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieving Annual Sales Targets and Managing Accounts Receivables. \xef\x82\xb7 Interacting with Hospital Project consultants for new projects. Skills needed for the role:

Computer proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system \xe2\x80\x93 (Desirable
Salesforce) Age, Educational Qualification & Experience: \xef\x82\xb7 Age range: 25-30 Years. \xef\x82\xb7 Educational Qualification: Science/ Engineering Graduate / Non-Science Graduates holding a Full Time MBA . \xef\x82\xb7 Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Average of 3-5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales/ Medical Devices Sales/Specialty Pharmaceutical product sales / Hospital Sales.
