Responsibilities
• Achieve Targets: Implement strategies to meet set targets and ensure overall profitability.
• Lead Generation: Identify and track potential projects and generate quality leads.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and develop effective counter-strategies.
• Market Expansion: Explore and identify new markets to capitalize on profitable opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence reports for formulating entry strategies.
• Channel Development: Train and guide dealer staff to meet sales and revenue objectives.
• Dealer Funding: Manage dealer funding and ensure collections align with targets.
• Team Training: Conduct regular training sessions for dealer sales teams to improve performance.
• Customer Feedback: Provide actionable feedback to address dealer issues and enhance satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
• Expertise in dealer management and team leadership (managing 4-10 team members).
• Proficiency in strategic management and developing counter-strategies.
• Strong understanding of the finance domain , particularly in two-wheelers and used four-wheelers.
• In-depth knowledge of the used car market .
• Sales and negotiation skills for successful lead conversion.
• Effective customer relationship management .
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Prior experience in Insurance , FMCG , Automobile , or Banking sectors.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
