Job Responsibilities:Horeca Sales Management:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HoReCa channel, ensuring consistent product availability and brand visibility.Territory Management:- Oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned territory (Delhi), ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.- Identify and exploit new sales opportunities within the region, focusing on expanding the customer base in the HoReCa and institutional sectors.Customer Relationship Management:- Foster and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.Modern Trade & Institutional Sales:- Drive sales through modern trade channels and institutional sales, negotiating terms of trade and ensuring product placement in key outlets.- Collaborate with modern trade partners and institutions to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns that drive sales.Team Leadership & Development:- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.- Monitor and review the team\'s performance regularly, setting clear objectives and KPIs to drive success.Sales Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.- Use data and insights to refine sales strategies, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall sales effectiveness.Budget Management:- Manage sales budgets within the assigned territory, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.- Monitor spending and ensure that all sales activities are cost-effective and aligned with the company\'s financial goals.Brand Promotion:- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand promotion and product positioning align with sales strategies.- Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
