- Position : Asst Sales Manager - Health Sales/Sales Manager - Health Sales/Senior Sales Manager - Health Sales for Individual role- Qualification : Graduate- Experience : Candidates Min of 2/5 yrs experience in Insurance sales with background of Agency Sales will be preferred- Job role : Recruitment of insurance agents from the open market for selling FGII Health products- Age : Less than 32 years- Reporting : CDM (TL)/ BM- Preferred Industry : Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General insurance and NBFC (Willing to do health agency)- CTC hike will be based on the candidates existing package and company standards- Apart from fixed CTC, monthly incentives will be eligible- CTC - IC - upto 3.75 max (depends on relevant experience) + Reimbursement (Local Conveyance + Mobile Allowance) (ref:updazz.com)
