Position: Area Sales Manager (Genomics Test Selling) HQ Location: Delhi & NCR Team Role: No, it is an individual contributor role to start with and later on based on his / her performance (business volume generations), the company will take a decision on team creation / expansion in the different territories / regions. Work Experience Criteria: We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients. Min. 2 - 5 years of Sales experience in the Oncology segment and someone who is currently visiting Medical Oncologist Doctors in his / her present employment is a must. Role Responsibilities:

• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

• Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.

• Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching.

• Explain and facilitate adoption of the company\xe2\x80\x99s tests by the Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.
