Position Reports to Regional Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
People Management \xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
Managing Team \xe2\x80\x93 Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
Managing Depot \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.
Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level
Education Qualification: MBA ( Tier I B schools)
Experience: 3 + years of experience as a manager (ASM)
Fluent in English and local language.
Key Requirements:
- Open to work for 6 working days in a week.
- Ability to connect and engage teams across levels and effectively navigate through organization.
