To be responsible for coordinating /liasoning with Market Execution and Marketing team for implementing trade promotional activities.Distributors
To maintain good relationship with the distributors and acquire new distributors when necessary.Team Management
To control and monitor the acitivities of his Executives with specific focus on HIT rate, PSR productivity, Cooler Availability and Purity, LPSC, SKU, RED etc.
To review regularly and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and sugggest appropriate improvements and take necessary action wherever required
To be responsible for setting daily, weekly and monthly targets to his subordinates.
To coordinate with Pre - Sellers, Market Developers and Route Agents for smooth functioning of daily operationsCoaching & Mentoring
To impart training on the job and motivating his subordinates to meet the volume targets.Financial Controls
To be responsible for financial controls i.e to ensure the credit policies of the company are implemented and clearing the accounts receivables from the distributors accordingly.Requirements:Educational Qual - Graduate, min 5-7yrs experience in Sales, including experience in handling few team members
Should have good team management skills
