Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the sales activities within the regions of Bangalore, Delhi, and Gujarat. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
• Lead and scale the sales operations in the assigned regions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Team Management:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and informed.
• Train new sales team members and provide continuous developmental support to existing team members.
• Set objectives and KPIs for the sales team, reviewing their performance regularly.
• Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Manage key accounts, and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Market Expansion:
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and in the local business community to enhance the company's profile.
• Reporting:
• Report on regional sales results and forecast future sales.
• Provide feedback to the headquarters on marketing, product development, and competitive dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
