Job Description
We are looking for an experienced area sales manager in Coimbatore. A renowned name in the FMCG industry is expanding our business and is in search of a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Position: Area Sales Manager,
Location: Ganapathi, Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive business growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Any Degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
