The candidate will be responsible for driving the aggressive volume growth agenda in Rest of North market. Identifying current and future opportunities in the geography by actively working to improve Input KPI's, engaging Field Sales teams and ensuring the business objectives are met through focused efforts.- Develop business to achieve short and long-term objectives, plan for MT channel, and lead new business opportunities.
- Drive sales team efficiency through effective utilization of sales enablers and on-the-job training.
- Manage distribution and sales, establishing processes for distributor appointment and performance management.
- Handle sales through distributors to MT retail accounts, Direct Cash and Carry accounts, and independent stores.
- Negotiate PO's, service accounts, and ensure 100% fill rates.
