Key Responsibilities :Sales and Distribution :- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company\'s distribution goals in Assam and the Northeast states.- Manage and expand the customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Oversee the distribution network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to retailers and wholesalers.Team Management :- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and distribution staff.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.- Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.Market Analysis :- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.Operational Efficiency :- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels.- Implement cost-saving measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.Reporting :- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for senior management.- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall business performance.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
