Area Sales Manager - Harman MotorsHarman Motors is a premier luxury and high-end used car dealership in Kerala. We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts across multiple locations.Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants across assigned territories, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales staff, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities
- Implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and increase sales volumes
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the luxury and high-end automotive market, including competitor analysis and pricing strategies
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to automotive sales
- Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring a exceptional client experience
- Collaborate with department heads to align sales efforts with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven track record in luxury/high-end automotive sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kochi
