Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will drive sales, manage store operations, and ensure excellent customer service across Shop-in-Shop (SIS) stores and new Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation
Achieve sales targets and KPIs for SIS and EBO stores.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Implement promotional activities and campaigns.
Store Operations
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
Oversee inventory management.
Conduct regular store visits for performance and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and sales staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Foster a positive work environment.
Customer Service
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Handle customer complaints promptly.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms.
New Store Openings
Plan and execute new EBO store launches.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Monitor new store performance and support sales targets.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
Use data analytics to track performance.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Qualifications:
Graduate , Post Graduates will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in retail sales management, preferably in fashion.
Experience with SIS and EBO store formats is a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
