Main Purpose:The primary purpose of the Area Sales Manager is to drive sales growth within the assigned territory. This position is crucial for expanding the company's market presence, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector, and managing relationships with key accounts and distributors.Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Achieve sales targets set for the territory.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Team Building:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment.
Stockist Handling:
Manage relationships with stockists to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to ensure timely supply to distributors and retailers.
Strategy Plan:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Accounts Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, including doctors and distributors.
