Through effective learning and coaching, he must lead powerful teams that effectively build and leverage pharmacist relationships.His team comprises of sales officers (ISRxe2x80x99s) who are digitally enabled through integrated technology solutions to effectively track and measure key sales and execution metrics and provide real-time status reports on execution standards and performance. The Manager through his team needs to ensure that all the fundamental sales metrics are in place, thus making it easier for the shopper to pick our brandsKey areas of delivery and impact1. Driving secondary sales of partner stockiest & wholesale Distributors(DB)xe2x80x99s in the defined state : Responsible for driving secondaries of partner and wholesale DBxe2x80x99s for the designated states for Abbott product portfolio2. Winning in Programmed Pharmacies: Enroll potential and partner pharmacies to surge the visibility of our brand and influence shoppers to consider our products. Deliver differential growth from these pharmacies3. In Pharmacy Strategic Activations: Facilitate to implement below the line activations inside pharmacies to drive shopper trials and conversions4. Targeted D2R campaigns: Improve Stock weights and sell outs thru focused campaigns via Retail Aggregators like Pharmarack/ Retalio to deliver market leading growths5. New Product Placement: Speed to market in placing new products as per launch plan in targeted cities and pharmacies6. Partnership with Stockists: Engage with stockists to steer coordinated efforts to drive week, month and quarter secondary plans. Conduct quarter meetings to cascade season plans and outline expectations. Coach and leverage Stockists Sales Force & Telecallers to structure win-win initiatives7. Relationship with Retailer & Retailer employees: Effectively engage with retailer and their employees to improve advocacy for Abbott product portfolioKey Performance Metrics

  • Execution Metrics: Program store execution, audits, and sales tracking. Range Availability in covered stores. Targeted campaigns execution measures
  • Sales Metrics: Targeted sales of partner & wholesale stockiest. NPD placement as per plan for Abbott product portfolio
  • Productivity & efficiency KPI : Effective coverage, Bill-cuts, Total Lines, Driving WOA( width of achievement ) and DOA ( depth of achievement) of program stores.
