Driving secondary sales of partner stockiest & wholesale Distributors(DB)s in the defined state : Responsible for driving secondaries of partner and wholesale DBs for the designated states for Abbott product portfolio2. Winning in Programmed Pharmacies: Enroll potential and partner pharmacies to surge the visibility of our brand and influence shoppers to consider our products. Deliver differential growth from these pharmacies3. In Pharmacy Strategic Activations: Facilitate to implement below the line activations inside pharmacies to drive shopper trials and conversions4. Targeted D2R campaigns: Improve Stock weights and sell outs thru focused campaigns via Retail Aggregators like Pharmarack/ Retalio to deliver market leading growths5. New Product Placement: Speed to market in placing new products as per launch plan in targeted cities and pharmacies6. Partnership with Stockists: Engage with stockists to steer coordinated efforts to drive week, month and quarter secondary plans. Conduct quarter meetings to cascade season plans and outline expectations. Coach and leverage Stockists Sales Force & Telecallers to structure win-win initiatives7.
