Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealer development, product promotion, and driving sales of our electric commercial vehicles in the region.
Essential Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
? Experience: Proven experience in sales and dealer development, retail finance preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
? Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bihar market and its dynamics.
Desirable Qualifications:
? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the electric vehicle industry and its trends.
? Networking: Established network within the automotive or electric vehicle industry in Bihar.
Other Requirements:
? Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the state of Bihar to meet with dealers and customers.
? Flexibility: Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
? Dealer Development: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of dealers across the state of Bihar to ensure effective market penetration and sales growth.
? Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for Luxus Green Mobility's electric commercial vehicles.
? Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, satisfaction and loyalty.
? Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
? Reporting to Head Office: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics,Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the head office. Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in the prescribed format, including sales performance, dealer development progress, market analysis, and promotional activities.
