Relationship Building:Engage with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to build lasting relationships.Consistently follow up with schools to maintain rapport and ensure collaboration.2. Brand Positioning:Promote Our Brand as a childrens brand with the most innovative learning solutions in book publishing and play-learn spaceClearly articulate the unique value of the companys products and sessions to schools.3. Organizing Value-Adding Sessions:Pitch and conduct complementary school sessions, focusing on storytelling, DIY arts and crafts, STEM activities, language skills, and more.Customize sessions to align with the schools needs and interests.4. Market Insights and Feedback:Gather feedback from schools on educational needs and preferences to refine the companys offerings.Identify trends and areas for future product development.5. Performance Targets:Successfully engage with a minimum of 100+ schools per month.Deliver 30+ value-adding sessions and convert 5-10 schools/month into a paid model within three months.6.
