Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Acquisition : Proactively identify and acquire residential and commercial clients through networking, cold calls, door-to-door sales, and local partnerships.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct consultations with potential clients, offering tailored proposals that highlight cost savings, payback periods, and the available subsidies for solar rooftop systems.
• Target Achievement : Meet monthly sales targets through diligent follow-ups, clear presentations, and excellent customer service.
• Build Relationships : Partner with Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs), housing societies, and influencers to promote solar solutions and build brand awareness in target locations.
• Market Reporting : Update the CRM (Zoho CRM) with client details, maintain sales pipelines, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Preferred candidate profile
• Experience : 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably from automobile, banking, insurance or renewable energy.
• Education : Bachelors degree
• Languages : Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia.
• Sales & Communication Skills : Ability to clearly communicate solar benefits, understand client needs, and convert leads effectively.
• CRM Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) for tracking leads and sales activities.
• Location Flexibility : Willingness to travel within assigned regions in Odisha.
