Casey Group is hiring experienced area sales managers for its retail chain segment to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of sales executives with other sales positions. Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential leads for super stockiest & distributors and convert them into successful business entity for the company.

? Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team in your assigned work location.

? Making strategy to achieve sales targets through the sales team.

? Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

? Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

? Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

? Analyze the sales data of your team and provide insights wherever necessary to improve sales and business figure.

? Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

? Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures. Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.

? Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, FMCG.

? Proven track record of meeting end-to-end sales targets.

? Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

? Effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
