Responsibilities:
As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking out and developing relationships with potential customers.
• Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives within the territory to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and feedback, and identifying training needs to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in Pharma/Chemical Industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
