Position: ASM-RetailJob Location -Bangalore/ChennaiEducation Qualification: Graduates and Masters in any Business management / marketing preferredExperience: 4 - 6 years in Retails sales in Food industry or related industryResponsibilities:
- Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the area assigned are met by maximizing sales and gross profit and reviewing sales performance.
- Hire, train, develop, and supervise staff.
- Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the region; designs and implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
